Self parking is available at the Standard Parking Lot across from the South Building at 31st St. and Lake Shore Drive. Therre are also Chicago Park District lots at Burnham Harbor and Soldier Field, off Lake Shore Drive just north of the complex.

WHERE TO GO WHEN YOU ARRIVE
The complex consists of 3 buildings (see overview), the Lakeside Center (East Building), the North Building and the South Building. You enter at the main enterance known as the Grand Concouse. Located on the west side of the complex, off Martin Luther King Drive, it connects all three buildings.

INFORMATION/DIRECTIONS
If you are not already familiar with the entire layout, there's a large Information Desk immediately to the right of the main enterance. Ask where to find the trade show or meeting you're working, and more specifically, where to find the Service Center for that show.

THE SERVICE CENTER
This is where a show's general contractors have booths offering the various services they provide to the exhibitors, i.e. carpentry, electrical, heating, cleaning etc. The service center personnel can give you the specific directions to your exhibit area. Service center locations change with every show. LABOR POOL
The labor pool location is usually found at or near the Service Center.

PHONES
Your job foreman is usually equipped with a cell phone. And itŐs important to check out the location of the nearest wall phone.

EMERGENCY HOUSE PHONES (Medical and Security)
In-house phones are RED, making them easy to spot. Remember to locate the phone in your area, and for fastest results, know your own location. Whether the situation requires medical help or the security staff, the number is the same: 6060. The Security Office is Room 4037.
